Cardiovascular Responses in Physically Elderly Active People Living with HIV

Cardiovascular system (CVS) problems are one of the various complications in people living with HIV (PLHIV). In PLHIV, CVS' capacity to adapt activities is inadequate. Purpose: To distinguish responses CVS a step test physically active PLHIV. Results: Significant differences between resting HR and after were identified, while there was no significant difference recovery at 76% capacity. Additionally, all cardiovascular measurements significantly higher than heart rate. Conclusion: It appears that participants experiencing some degree autonomic dysfunction. However, physical activity seems help slow down common CV effects.
